To whitelist the Right-Hand application in your GSuite (Google Workspace) admin portal, simply grant it domain-wide access by adding its client ID and required OAuth scopes under API controls. This ensures Right-Hand can securely access directory data needed for its functionality without being blocked by Google’s security settings.

You can follow the steps below to whitelist the Right-Hand application in your G Suite admin portal.

  1. Log in to your G Suite Admin portal.

  2. Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls. On the API controls page, scroll down to the Domain-wide delegation section.

  3. Click on Manage Domain-Wide Delegation.

  4. On the Manage Domain-wide delegation page, click Add new. "Add new" pop-up appears.

  5. Type or copy and paste the following details in the new client pop-up modal and click Authorise

  6. Click Authorize. The Right-hand application will be whitelisted in the G Suite admin portal.

Once you have whitelisted the Right-Hand application in the G Suite admin portal, you need to then whitelist the Google Workspace.

1. If you have a cloud-based spam filtering, you need to whitelist your spam filter by using these articles, and whitelist your Google Workspace either by IP addresses or by Email headers.

2. If you do not have a cloud-based spam filtering for G Suite, we recommend following this article to whitelist your Google Workspace.
