If you use AppRiver's SpamLab spam filtering, you can whitelist Right Hand to ensure our simulated phishing test emails and training notifications reach your end users. Should you face any issues with the whitelisting process, contacting AppRiver directly for detailed guidance is recommended.
Below are the steps you should follow:
Sign in to the AppRiver Admin Center.
Choose Filters >>> IP Addresses.
In the Allowed IP Addresses section, include our IP addresses. Add the following IP Address to the list.

Allowing an IP address will cause messages from it to bypass all filters except for virus filtering.
4.Click Save.
After whitelisting the IP addresses. Please click on Email addresses and Domains to whitelist our email addresses and domains using the table below:
