Managing Allowed IP Addresses

  • Navigate to System Setup > Mail Relay > IP Controls to add or remove IP addresses from your allow list. When you authorize an IP address, emails from that address will bypass spam scoring tests and be directly forwarded to the recipient.

Please refer to our "Whitelisting best practices" to get the complete list of all our IP addresses, email addresses and domain names to be whitelisted.

Important note: Authorized IPs bypass all spam, virus, banned attachments, RBL, and SPF checks. However, HELO and greylisting restrictions will still be enforced.

Creating an Allow List Entry

To add an IP address to your allow list, follow these steps:

  1. Click "Add..." to open the Add Allowed IP window.

  2. Please look at the table below and complete the fields in the Add Allowed IP window.

  3. Click "Save" to save the entry or "Cancel" to discard it.
