How to set up Automated Training Assignments for new joiners and how to generate reports that capture those completions?

Below is a quick guide for generating a report from the Right-Hand platform that contains automation assignments

  1. Navigate to the Reports section on the left navigation and click on the Custom User Report as shown below.

  2. Then we would need to add the following Columns:

    • Training title

    • Training source

    • Training assignment,

    • Training completion

    • Reminder Sent

    • Obtained training score.

  3. Then we would need to add two filters, to sort out the training source and the assigned date duration.

    To do this add the following Filters:

    • Training source

    • Training assignment Date.

    Click on Search.

  4. Once we have the desired results we can export the data by clicking the Export CSV button.

  5. We can additionally, check what training a user has been assigned, from Automation, by navigating to Company management, clicking on Employees, and searching for the User email.

  6. Click on the username to gain visibility into the training the user has been assigned or been a part of. We can see the Source of the training highlighted below which says Automation.
