How do I generate a Custom Training Report?

Export training campaign results filtered by department, office, user group, employee and many other filters— with saved templates and email delivery of ther eport

The Custom Training Report lets you export training campaign results filtered by department, office location, user group, or specific employees — across one or multiple training campaigns.

Before you start: you need admin access and at least one completed training campaign.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Reports > Custom User Report - Training

  2. Select one or more filters

  3. Select the columns you want included in the csv export

    • Department stats — for use cases such as per-department completion + pass rates

    • Employee stats — for use cases such as per-user rows (total / completed / incomplete / passed / failed)

    • Office location stats — for use cases such as per-location breakdown

    • User group stats — for use cases such as per-group breakdown

  4. Click Search and then Export. The report queues for delivery and arrives at logged-in admin's email.

Save as Template

Save your filter and column setup so you don't rebuild it each month.

  1. Configure your report (campaigns, filters).

  2. Click Save View.

  3. Enter a Template name (max 100 characters, must be unique within Custom Training Reports).

  4. Click Save.


Reload anytime from the Saved Templates dropdown at the top of the report builder. Delete a template using the trash icon next to its name.

Limit: up to 10 saved templates per report type per company.
