1. Choose any Ready state policy
2. Under More Actions click on Export XLSX
 

3. This will automatically download an excel file with 2 sheet
 
 1. Sheet 1 with Section Items containing Section Title and Section Item 
 2. Sheet 2 with Section Assessments containing Section Title, Questions, Correct Option, and Options.
