How do I create a first training campaign?

You will first have to create a Training Module and then create the Training Campaign.

How to select content and create training campaigns

To create a new Training Campaign, navigate to Risk Assessment > Campaigns > Create New > Training. A pop-up appears with the details about what a training campaign is. Click Create Campaign.

The process is further divided into 4 steps which are as follows:

Step 1- Select Training

  1. Select a training module of your choice from the company's Training module library list. The selected modules will be previewed in the right preview section.

  2. You can also use the Search by Title (1), and Filter (2) options for a quick search.

  3. Click Campaign Attributes. This will take you to the next step.

Step 2- Campaign Attributes

  1. In the Title field, type the title of the campaign.

  2. From the Campaign Group drop-down, select the campaign group from the list. You can also add a new group by clicking the add icon, as shown below.

  3. Click Target Audience. This will take you to the next step.

Step 3- Target Audience

  1. In the Filter By field, choosing Criteria will select all the employees displayed in the right section. The Employee option will not select any employees and hence you can manually select the employee(s) of your choice.

  2. You can further use the following options to filter your search:

    1. User group

    2. Department

    3. Domain

    4. Title

    5. Office location

    6. Employee type

    7. Manager

    8. Engagement interval

    9. Engagement type

    10. No. of Engagements

    11. Risk Score

    12. Onboard interval

  3. Click Schedule. This will take you to the next step.

Step 4- Schedule

  1. Choose Now or Later to schedule the campaign.

  2. From the Start and End fields, select the date and time to schedule the campaign. When you select Now, the Start option is disabled by default.

  3. From the Interval field, select the duration of the campaign.

  4. From the Timezone field, select the timezone of your choice. The company's timezone is displayed as default.

  5. In the Email Training Results drop-down, select if and when you want to send training results to the employees via email.

  6. Use the Passing Percentage slider to set the minimum percentage required to pass the training.

  7. For the Send Report on Completion checkbox:

    1. Enable: You will receive the report via email after the End Date & Time of the campaign.

    2. Disable: You will not receive a report after the End Date & Time of the campaign.

  8. For the Show Training Score checkbox:

    1. Enable: The training score will be displayed along with the percentage on the last slide.

    2. Disable: Only the percentage will be displayed.

  9. For the Instant Training Response checkbox:

    1. Enable: The employees get an immediate response when they answer a question incorrectly. The employees can move further only after answering the question correctly.

    2. Disable: The employees don't get an immediate response and can move to the next slide irrespective of the right or wrong answer.


  10. Click Confirm Details. A pop-up appears as shown below. Check the consent box and click Send Campaign to send the campaign.
