Manager Dashboard

Overview

The Manager Dashboard is a dedicated experience that lets people managers review the training and phishing performance of their direct and indirect reports. It extends program visibility beyond your central security team, so managers can see where their teams may need additional support.

Depending on your configuration, managers may be able to review:

  • Training assignment and completion status

  • Phishing simulation performance

  • Performance of direct reports

  • Performance of indirect reports

  • Team-level areas that require attention

Note: Phishing information in the Manager Dashboard can be enabled or disabled from the administration console.
The Phishing tab appears only when phishing visibility is enabled for managers. If phishing data is disabled, managers see the Training tab only.

Path: Settings → Company → Manager Portal and Reminder → Enable phishing data in My Team Dashboard

Why it matters:

  • Makes managers active participants in improving workforce resilience.

  • Distributes accountability beyond the security awareness team.

  • Gives managers visibility into their own part of the organizational hierarchy.

  • Reduces manual reporting to department and team leaders.

  • Supports targeted follow-up with employees.

  • Lets you introduce manager visibility through a controlled rollout and scale access automatically as the organization changes.

This feature is especially relevant if you want managers to reinforce training completion, phishing resilience, and security-conscious behavior within their teams.

What's on the Manager Dashboard?

The Manager Dashboard is organized into two tabs - Training and Phishing -with a shared set of controls at the top and a people table on each tab. Managers see performance only for the employees in their own reporting hierarchy.

Note: The teal banner (This is what your People Managers will see), the View dashboard as search, Assign People Manager Role, and Configure Manager Settings are administrator controls shown when you preview the dashboard from the admin My Team page. Managers do not see these when they open their own dashboard.

Shared controls

At the top of the dashboard, every manager has access to:

  • Training and Phishing tabs - switch between training performance and phishing performance for the team.

  • Include subordinates - when selected, the dashboard also includes indirect reports (the people who report to the manager's direct reports), not just direct reports.

  • Interval - sets the time window for the data shown. The default is Last 90 days.

  • Below the controls, a summary line shows the manager's context — for example, how many direct reports they manage and who they report to.

Training tab

The Training tab summarizes how the manager's team is progressing through assigned training. It contains three summary cards:

  • Direct Reports - the number of people who report directly to the manager. These are the people listed in the table below.

  • Training Completion - the average module completion across the team, shown as a percentage with a progress bar.

  • Trainings Pending Completion - the total number of training assignments the team has not yet completed. Select View all assignments to see them in detail.

Beneath the cards, the people table lists each team member with the following columns:

  • Name - the employee's name and email. A Team size badge appears next to anyone who manages their own reports.

  • Training Completion - that person's individual completion, shown as a progress bar and percentage.

  • Pending - the number of trainings still pending for that person, shown as a color-coded badge.

  • Actions - view a person's training and phishing behavior details, and, for managers who lead their own teams, drill into their reporting line.

You can search the table by name or email, adjust how many people are shown per page, and page through results using Back and Next.

Phishing tab

The Phishing tab summarizes how the manager's team behaved during phishing simulations over the selected interval. A short What your team did? header restates the context (for example, the interval and number of direct reports), and a What am I looking at helper explains the metrics.

The tab groups team behavior into three summary cards:

  • Reported - the number of simulations where the person caught the email and reported it.

  • Safely ignored - the number where the person left the email alone but did not report it.

  • Unsafe actions - the number where the person clicked, opened, replied, or entered details.

Below the cards, Unsafe actions, by type breaks the unsafe actions down into their specific behaviors, each with a count:

  • Clicked a link

  • Opened an attachment

  • Submitted credentials

  • Scanned a QR code

  • Replied to the sender

Beneath the summary, the people table lists each team member with the following columns:

  • Name - the employee's name and email. A Team size badge appears next to anyone who manages their own reports.

  • Reported - that person's reported count.

  • Safely ignored - that person's safely-ignored count.

  • Unsafe actions - that person's total unsafe actions.

  • Unsafe actions breakdown - the split of those unsafe actions by type, or No unsafe action where there were none.

  • Actions - view a person's training and phishing behavior details, and, for managers who lead their own teams, drill into their reporting line.

You can filter the table by behavior using Filter behavior, search by name or email, and page through results.
