IMPORTANT
Right-hand only supports the Default OKTA attribute mapping with a custom attribute. Not the other way around.
How to Change Attribute Mapping
If you want to change one attribute with a different mapping, for example, you want to import divisions instead of departments in the RH portal, then follow the steps below.
Go to Applications > Click on the app created for RH > Provisioning > Scroll down to the Attribute Mapping section > rearrange the attribute by clicking on the Edit (pencil) button > Select Custom Attribute Value > Save.

How To Create a Custom Attribute For User Profile.
In the Admin Console, go to Directory > Profile Editor.
Click Okta in the Filters list.
For Okta User (default), click Profile. If Profile is unavailable, click User (default).
Click Add Attribute. Fill in the details of Display Name, variable Name, and User Permission(Read-Write).
Click Save.
