Q1. Are the timings for automatic/everyday sync fixed or random?
Answer: The time of the next sync is: NOW+24h (for daily sync)
The time is updated after every sync, so if the sync takes 10 minutes, the sync time shifts forward by 10 minutes every day (for daily sync).
Q2. How do I manually sync certain users accounts to Right Hand platform?
Answer: You can run a manual sync. Click Edit sync (pencil icon) -> Sync Filters, then specify which users you would like to sync.
