Each workspace admin has the option to change the bot's name on Slack. Please follow the instructions outlined below to change the name.
On the Slack app, click on Apps > Manage > Browse apps.
From the list of apps, click on Right Hand Cybersecurity.
And then, click on Configuration.
Click Edit, under the Bot User option.
Enter the bot name of your choice in the text field and click Save Changes.
