The Cyberready platform can be customised to utilize any identity provider that complies with version 2.0 of the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) for single sign-on operations.

This topic provides general instructions for configuring the connection between an identity provider (IdP) and the Right-hand platform. Please note that there may be variations or deviations in the configuration process depending on the specific IdP being used. If you require assistance with configuration procedures not covered in this chapter, please reach out to our Support team.

To populate certain fields within this procedure, you have the option to upload a metadata file from your IdP. Although the Right-hand platform supports various IdP metadata file formats, there is a possibility that it may not fully parse or interpret your particular metadata file. In such cases, manual entry of IdP configuration parameters will be necessary.

STEP 1: Go to settings in Cyberready portal and click on Integrations.

STEP 2: Click on New Integration and copy the fields as required by your IdP to setup the Right Hand application in your Identity Provider.

STEP 3: Setup the Right-hand application in your IdP.

STEP 4: Select the IdP Configuration tab and select the option β€œAdd Another IDP Integrations”.

STEP 5: Add a name for your integration.

STEP 6: Download the XML metadata file from your IdP and paste it in the following section.

STEP 7: If the Information provided in the XML is not read correctly from the XML file, you can also add the fields manually to the form below the XML file upload section and click Save.

Using the above steps will help you provide SSO capability to your employees. If for some reason you find difficulties in integrating the IdP kindly contact [email protected].
