How do I archive and auto-delete the employees?

You can navigate to Company Management > Employees > List to archive employees and auto-delete the archived employees.

Archive Employees

There are two ways to archive employees:

Archive using Archive button

When using this option, you can follow the steps below to archive multiple employees at once.

  1. Select the employees you want to archive, using the checkbox. Once you select, an Archive option appears at the top of the page.

  2. Click Archive. The selected employees will be removed from the Employees page.

Archive using Archive icon

On the Employees -List page, click the archive icon under the Actions tab. You'll be prompted to confirm your actions. Click Ok. The employee would be removed from the Employees page.

Auto Delete Archived Users

You can auto delete the archived users as shown below:

  1. Click on the settings icon at the top of the page. A Settings section appears.

  2. In the Settings section, from the Archive Users Auto Delete In drop-down, select the frequency to automatically delete the archived employees from the system.

  3. Click on Update. The employees would be deleted at the set frequency.

The Archived tab will show you the updated numbers. You can click on the Archive tab to view the archived employees.
