How to Import Employees using CSV

You can import employees using the Import CSV option from the Employees- List page. Follow the steps below to add a new employee:

  1. Navigate to Company Management > Employees > List > Import > Import CSV.

  2. In the Import Employees pop-up, drop the file in the drop area.

  3. If you don't have a template, click Download Template. The sample template would be downloaded to your system.

  4. Delete the sample data but follow the structure to add details of the employees in the template.

  5. Go back to the Right-Hand portal and in the Import Employees pop-up, upload the saved CSV file.

  6. The file will start uploading and the pop-up closes.

  7. You can see the status of the upload, in the Connectors tab (Company Management > Employees > Connectors).

  8. Click the view history icon under the Actions tab. The status appears under the Imported Status tab.

You will be notified via email when the upload is complete.
