You can follow the steps given below to whitelist Right-Hand IPs in the versions of Microsoft Exchange 2013, 2016, and Outlook 365.

You can whitelist Right-Hand IPs for Microsoft Exchange 2013, 2016, and Outlook 365 in the given order given below:

Note: After successfully completing Whitelisting, wait a few hours before sending the Phishing Competition.

Setting Up IP Allow List

  1. Login to the Microsoft 365 admin portal and navigate to the Menu on the left and then click on Show all. In the navigation menu, click Security under Admin center.

  2. In the Admin center screen, navigate to menu > Email & Collaboration > Policies and rules. On the Policies and rules page, click Threat policies.

  3. On the Threat policies page, under the Policies section, click Anti-spam.

  4. In the Anti-spam policies page, click Connection filter policy (Default).

  5. In the Connection filter policy (Default) page, click Edit connection filter policy.

  6. In the Edit connection filter policy modal, add RightHand’s IP address.

  7. Click Save and then click Close.

ByPass Clutter & Spam Filtering

To ensure our messages bypass your Clutter folder as well as spam filtering within Microsoft's EOP, follow the steps below.

  1. In the Exchange Admin Center, Navigate to Mail flow > Rules.

  2. In the Rules screen, click + button and select Bypass spam filtering.

  3. In the New rule section, in the Name field, type the rule name.

  4. From the Apply this rule if… dropdown, select The sender… and then select IP address is in any of these ranges or exactly matches.

  5. In Specify IP address ranges pop-up, type all our Right-hand IP addresses and click OK.

  6. From the Do the following… drop-down, select Modify the message properties and then select set a message header.

  7. Click the Enter text button after selecting set the message header and type the following text in the message header pop-up "X-MS-Exchange-Organization-BypassClutter" and click OK.

  8. Click Enter text button after to the value and type true (case sensitive) and then click OK.

  9. Click add action.

  10. From the Do the following... drop-down, select Modify the message properties option and then click Set the spam confidence level (SCL) to... and then select the Bypass Spam Filtering option.

  11. Click Save.

Advanced Delivery Configuration

  1. In the Admin centers screen, in the left navigation menu, click Policies and rules under the Email and collaboration section.

  2. In the Policies and rules page, click Threat policies.

  3. In the Threat policies page, click Advanced delivery under the Rules section.

  4. On the Advanced delivery page, in the Phishing simulation tab, click Edit.

  5. In the Sending domain field, add the following domain names:

    • right-hand.ai

    • linktologin.com

    • ssotowebsite.com

    • linktosso.com

    • inbox-login.com

    • bankng-login.com

    • verified-login.com

    • authupdate.com

    • resetlogin.com

    • account-protect.me

    • discountOffer.com

    • grnaill.com

    • mailboxaccess.com

    • rnicrosoftlogin.com

    • linkdinapp.com

  6. In the Sending IP field, add the following IP address:

    • 168.245.54.27

For all New Office 365 users, set up a mail flow rule to bypass the junk folder

  1. In the Exchange Admin Center, from the left menu, click Mail flow.

  2. Click + button under Rules and select Bypass spam filtering...

  3. Type the rule name as RightHandCyberSecurity - Skip Junk Filtering.

  4. From the Apply this rule if... drop-down, select The Sender, then select IP address is in any of these ranges or exactly matches.

  5. Type all Right Hand IP addresses & click OK.

  6. From the Do the following drop-down, click Modify the message properties and then select Set a Message Header.

  7. Click the Enter text... button after Set the message header to set the message header.

  8. Type the following text X-Forefront-Antispam-Report (case sensitive) and click OK.

  9. Click Enter text... button after to the value and type SFV:SKI;CAT:NONE (Case sensitive). Then click OK.

  10. Under Properties of this rule, set the priority to directly follow the rule you created in step 2.

  11. Click Save.
