Import Policy

  1. Goto Products - Compliance Readiness.

  2. Users can see the list of already created policies

  3. Click on the + Add New button on the right top corner.

  4. Click on the Import document option.

  5. Upload Word/PDF document here

  6. After successful upload user is now redirected to the Intermediate Review Content page. On the Intermediate page, the user can modify the styling/edit content of the uploaded document.

  7. The Intermediate page has the below details:

    1. Readiness score: This score explains to the user more about the content & quality of questions generated

    2. Highlighted Issues

      1. Section Empty - Empty section found. You may add text to it or it will be removed automatically.

      2. Heading missing - Just verify if the parser has not made a paragraph as a heading.

      3. Section seems lengthy - Improved readability can be achieved by breaking long sections into smaller ones by adding appropriate headings and tagging them with 'Heading 1', if possible.

  8. After all modifications on the intermediate page, click on Reassess button to recalculate the Readiness score

  9. Click on Proceed.

  10. The user will now land in Basic Settings ( Step 1). Fill in all the required fields.

  11. Click on Save to goto Review Content & Create Assessments (Step 2)

  12. To upload a new document, click on Upload a different Policy to go back to the upload file modal.


  13. In Review Content & Create Assessments (Step 2), the Uploaded document will be displayed in different sections

  14. Each section contains multiple section items. Users can find different colored dots based on AI processing.


  15. If the user mouse over between 2 section items, the Merge option will be displayed. Click on this and Click OK to merge 2 section items.

  16. On the right side of each section item Remove option will be displayed. Click on this and click OK to delete any section items.


  17. After all the modifications click on Reassess. This will calculate the new Readiness score.

  18. If the user doesn't find good content with any section, click on Discard to discard the complete section

  19. Section number/Total number of sections can be seen in the progress bar on top

  20. Click on Approve & Generate Assessment.

  21. Now the user will go to Review Content & Create Assessments (Step 2)

  22. View Original Content on the right top of each question

  23. User can click on the Save button to Save the question

  24. To discard the question click on the Discard button and click Ok in the Confirm Delete modal


  25. Users can edit the saved questions by clicking on the Edit button on the right top of any Saved questions


  26. Click on Proceed. Once all sections are completed, the user will be redirected to Save Assessment (Step 3).

    1. Start New Policy - Redirects user to new policy creation

    2. Goto Compliance Listing - Redirects user to Compliance listing page

    3. Create Campaign - Redirects user to Campaign creation page with only Compliance type
