How to analyze your PhishArm dashboard?
1. Go to PhishArm > Dashboard
2. Analyze the summary on the PhishArm dashboard
This section displays a quick summary of the reported emails in the selected time period and their current status. It informs you how many emails were reported, how many were resolved, and how many are pending. Ideally the admin should be reviewing the reported emails periodically and analyzing and resolving the emails so that the pending count trends to zero
3. Analyze the Reported email statistics
This section provides more granular details about the reported emails. It lets you know how many emails were reported, resolved and are pending on a daily basis within the selected time period
4. Analyze the Reported email categories
This section provides more granular detail about the categories to which the reported email belong. Initally, all the reported emails are marked as "Uncategorized". But the admin should periodically review the reported emails and categorize them after analyzing them. So within a selected time period, the number of uncategorized emails should reduce and the number of emails in other categories should increase signifying that those emails have been analyzed and categorized
5. Analyze the reported email severity
This section provides more granular details about the severity of emails if they have been marked as belonging to the following categories.
a. Spam
b. Phishing
c. Threat
d. BEC (Business Email Compromise)
This provides information about how much risk your employees are exposed to. If you see a lot of critical, high, or medium priority emails, then it requires that you take corrective action at the earliest to mitigate the risk
