How to use PhishTwin to clone reported email

PhishTwin allows you to clone a reported email and use it for a phishing simulation campaign. It is very easy to clone a reported email by following the 3 steps below.

1. Report an email

An employee may report an email through the PhishArm browser extension. To do so, open the email and click on the PhishArm extension. Oncedone, click on the "Report This Email" button in the modal that open up to report the email.

2. Once an email is reported, navigate to PhishArm > Reported email and click on the email which was reported. This opens up details about the reported email

3. To clone the reported email using PhishTwin, click on the PhishTwin button. This will open the create email template modal. The modal fields would be prefilled but you can edit them. Define the category, complexity and landing page for the new email template and click on "Save Changes". This saves the reported email as an email template which can be accessed through Phishing Readiness > Email Templates. You can now use this new phishing email template in your Phishing Readiness campaigns.
