This article can guide users on how to report email using Phisharm.
Steps:
Setting Up Chrome Profile:
Before reporting, users needs need to make sure that they are login into chrome using their domain email. Follow the given steps to check which profile you are using
Open Chrome Browser
Click on the Icon at the top right portion of the browser
βIf it is logged in with the company's account, then we are good to go for step 2
Setting Up Company's Chrome Profile
Checking Phisharm Extension:
After installing Phisharm by admin, the Phisharm extension appears at the top right window of the browser, or clicking on the extension button in the top right window.

It can also be verified by visiting chrome://extensions/ & ensure PhishArm is On
Approving Phisharm Access Request:
After installation, Google might ask to re-login for verification. Make sure to authenticate using the company's domain.
As a security feature, Phisharm will ask for permission. MAKE SURE TO ALLOW IT ELSE PHISHARM WILL NOT WORK. In case you rejected it, it will ask you again to allow it
If whitelisting is not performed by the admin, It will give the following message, You have to click on Advance > Goto Phisharm Unsafe

Reporting Using Phisharm
Email can be reported by selecting the specific email that you want to report and then clicking on the Phisharm button
If after opening the email, you realized the email is phishing, you can report it by clicking on the Phisharm button
After clicking on the Phisharm button, a confirmation screen will appear
Click on Report this Email
After reporting customized message will appear based on the configuration set by the admin
Now Admin Users can see the list of Reported Emails under https://cyberready.right-hand.ai/phisharm_reports
