You can follow the steps to share posters with your employees:
Navigate to Products > Training Readiness > Poster.
On the Posters page, hover over the poster you want to share with your employees and click Distribute this Poster. The Poster Distribution page appears.

βIn the Email Details section, under Send Poster As, select if you want to send the poster as a Newsletter or as an Attachment.
Edit the Email Subject if required.
If you chose Attachment in step 3, type the message in the Email Body field.
βIn the Audience section, use the checkbox to select the employee(s) or use the following options to filter the employees:
User Groups
Department
Title
Office Location
Employee Type
Manager
After you select the employee(s), click Send Poster on the top right of the page. A success message appears after the poster is sent.
