How do I create email templates in Phishing Readiness?

Our customers can access any of the templates within our content library. You will have to navigate to Products > Phishing Readiness > Email Templates.

You can create, preview, send test email, copy, edit, and delete the templates.

Create a new Phishing Email Template

You can follow the below steps to create a new template.

  1. Click + Add New. A pop-up appears.
    ​

  2. In the Title and Subject fields, type the details respectively.

  3. From the Category, Landing Page, and Complexity drop-down, select the details of your choice from the given options, respectively.

  4. To replace all links to Landing Page, enable the Replace URLs checkbox.

  5. In the Email Body field, customize the body of your email. You can use the Helping variables given to construct targeted emails.

  6. Click Save Changes.

Preview an existing Email Template

The preview feature displays the email template.

Send Test Email

The send test email feature allows you to send a test email to the employee. Follow the steps below to send a test email.

  1. Click the mail icon. A pop-up appears.

  2. In the Receiver Email field, type the email address of the receiver.

  3. From the Attacker Profile drop-down, select the profile.

  4. Click Send Email.

Copy an existing Email Template

The copy feature helps you create multiple templates of similar properties. This is time-saving and hassle-free. You can follow the below steps to copy an existing Sender Profile.

  1. Click the copy button adjacent to the template you want to copy.

  2. A pop-up with the current template will appear from where you can make the required changes.

  3. Click Save Changes. The template would be successfully copied.

Edit an existing Email Template

You can follow the below steps to edit an existing Email Template.

  1. Click the edit button adjacent to the template you want to edit.

  2. A pop-up with the current template will appear from where you can make the required changes.

  3. Click Save Changes.

Delete an existing Email Template

You can follow the below steps to delete an existing Email Template.

  1. Click the trash can button adjacent to the template you want to delete.

  2. A pop-up appears asking you to confirm your actions.

  3. Click Ok. The template would be successfully deleted.
