How do I configure OneLogin account in Right-hand?

To configure your OneLogin Account in Right-hand, follow the below step:

Note: Please note that your company admin has to assign the Right-Hand portal to the users before they can access the Right-hand portal in their Onelogin dashboard.

How to configure your OneLogin account.

1. Login and navigate to your Onelogin dashboard and click Administration.

2. In the Administration screen, navigate to Applications > Applications > Add App.

3. Search and select SAML Custom Connector (Advanced).

4. Update the configuration as follows and click Save.

a. Display Name: Right Hand

b. Visible in portal: Enabled

c. Add a rectangular and square icon in the *.png or *.svg format

e. Add the following description- Right-hand helps you automate cyber awareness with training that adapts to your users' learning needs. It allows you to train employees and increase engagement and simulate phishing attacks to reduce human risk.

5. Now, navigate to your company Settings > Integrations > Add Integrations → copy the SSO Sign In URL.

6. Go back to OneLogin > Applications > Applications > Right Hand app > Configuration and paste the SSO Sign In URL copied in the previous step in the following fields. Keep the rest of the fields as they are by default.

a. Audience (EntityID)

b. Recipient

c. ACS (Consumer) URL Validator

d. ACS (Consumer) URL

7. Once done, click Update.

* Please note that your company admin has to assign the Right-Hand app to the users before they can access Right-Hand app in their Onelogin dashboard.

Steps for OneLogin Integration in RH using Manual Inputs

  1. Goto SettingsIntegrationAdd Integration.

  2. Choose Select IdP as OneLogin.

  3. Provide a Valid IdP Integration Name.

  4. For the other 3 input fields, use the below data from already configured OneLogin.

    a. IdP SSO Entry Point = SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP)

    b. Issuer = Issuer URL.

    c. Go to View Details under X.509 Certificate. Select and copy the X.509 Certificate. Please verify that SHA fingerprint = SHA1

How to fetch XML file

  1. Goto Onelogin application and open the manually configured RH app.

  2. Choose More Actions - SAML Metadata.

  3. Clicking on this will automatically download the XML file.

Steps for OneLogin Integration in RH using XML

  1. Goto Settings → Integration → Add Integration.

  2. Choose Select IdP as OneLogin.

  3. Provide a Valid IdP Integration Name.

  4. Use the XML file to upload in the Upload XML Metadata field.

  5. After successful upload, this will automatically fill the remaining 3 fields.

    1. IdP SSO Entry Point

    2. Issuer

    3. IdP Cert Fingerprint (.Pem File)

  6. Click on Save.

  7. Newly added Integration will be listed in the Connectors list.

    Note: After logging in to your OneLogin dashboard, you'll see the Right-Hand app. Clicking on it will log you into Right Hand
