How to analyse User Dashboard?

To access the User dashboard, click on Dashboard in the left navigation menu. Then click on the Employees tab under Company Management tab.

1. User Information

This section displays information about the user such as user avatar, their name and email id and other information such as which user group and department they belong to, who their manager is and what kind of employee are they (full-time, contractor, etc.)

2. Phishing Metrics

This section displays metrics about the user's performance in phishing readiness campaigns. It lists out various types of engagements and how often the user interacted through that engagement

3. Training Metrics

This section displays metrics about the user's performance in training readiness campaigns. It lists out various metrics related to the user's performance in training campaigns

4. Ally Metrics

This section displays metrics about the user's performance in Ally. It lists out which categories and and how many slides the user has completed in Ally

5. Detailed Training Metrics

a. Assigned Training

This section lists out all the trainings that were assigned to this user and their performance in those trainings. You can filter by status of training and export the data in a CSV

b. Completion Statistics

This section lets the admin know when this user is likely to complete their trainings

6. Detailed Phishing Metrics

a. Simulated Phishing Attacks

This section lists out all the simulated phishing attacks this user was part of and their performance in those simulated phishing campaigns. You can export all the data in a CSV

b. Targeted Email Templates

This section lists out all the email templates targeted in phishing simulations to this user. You can also see the engagement of the user with the email templates. You can also export the data as CSV

c. Targeted Sender Profiles

This section lists out all the sender profiles used in phishing simulations sent to the user You can see the user's engagement and also export the data in CSV

d. Engagement Statistics

This section highlights when a user is likely to show an engagement in ta phishing attack

7. Detailed Ally Metrics

a. Category Readiness Score

This section displays the performance of the users in various categories. You can see the categories by choosing a particular domain from the dropdown on the top right

b. Completed Slides

This sections lists out all the slides the user has attempted and whether they got the answer correct or wrong. You can also export the data as CSV
