How to analyse Training Dashboard?

To access the Training dashboard, click on Dashboard in the left navigation menu. Then click on the Training tab at the top to see the Training Dashboard. The Training dashboard has 8 sections.

1. Training Risk Score

This section displays the company Training risk score. The company Training risk score is divided into 3 sections viz.

a. Risk Score = 0 to 10

b. Risk Score = 10 to 30

c. Risk Score = 30 to 100

It is recommended that your company ideally have a company training risk score between 0 to 10. A risk score higher than that implies that your employees are either not aware of various cybersecurity challenges or they don't know how to face such challenges. A company starting their cybersecurity awareness journey would initially have a high score and as the employees learn and become aware of cybersecurity challenges and ways to mitigate them, your company training risk score will start improving. The goal should be to always minimize the training risk score as much as possible.

Completing the trainings and performing better than required percentage is the key to improving company training risk score

2. Campaign Performance

This section displays how the company training risk score has changed over the selected time period.

3. Completion Statistics

This section displays the completion statistics. It gives you an idea about what percentage of your employees are completing the training modules assigned to them. Since passing the training module has an impact on the company training risk score, it is recommended that the completion metrics be kept as high as possible thereby implying that most employees are attempting and passing their assigned trainings

4. Pending Completion Statistics

This section displays the pending completion statistics. It gives you an idea about what percentage of your employees haven't completed the training modules assigned to them. Since passing the training module has an impact on the company training risk score, it is recommended that the pending completion metrics be kept as low as possible thereby implying that very few employees have not completed their assigned trainings

5. Engagement Statistics

This section lets you find out when your employees are more likely to complete their assigned trainings. You can use this information to schedule future training readiness campaigns to be sent when the engagement tends to be the highest

6. Category Statistics

This section lets you know which categories have been completed by the employees. This way you can assign future trainings related to categories which have not been completed so far by your employees

7. Assigned Training

This section lists all the trainings which your employees have received so far. Clicking on a particular assigned training, displays the details of that training module such as metrics and which employees were assigned that training.

8. Recommendations

This section provides recommendations to improve your company training risk score
