To access the Ally dashboard, click on Dashboard in the left navigation menu. Then click on the Ally tab at the top to see the Ally Dashboard. The Ally dashboard has 8 sections.

1. Company Readiness Value

The Readiness Value calculates how prepared your employees are to identify any potential cybersecurity issues. This value is expressed on a scale of 0% to 100% i.e. 0% is undesirable implying your employees are not prepared while 100% is desirable implying all your employees are prepared to identify cybersecurity issues.

This value is calculated taking into consideration only enrolled users.

2. Metrics about Ally

a. Enrolled Users: This section describes metrics about enrolled users. It describes the number of enrolled users in the current week compared to the previous week and whether it was higher or lower. It also lists the total number of enrolled users so far out of all the users. Enrolled users here is defined as users who have completed the assessment.

Total Users here are defined as users who have completed at least one of the following activities:

i. Profile creation

ii. Profile creation + Assessment

iii. Profile creation + Assessment + Daily Quest

b. Goal Completion: This metric refers to the number of users who have completed their readiness goal as defined by the admin. This metric is displayed both in absolute numbers as well percentage terms. The section also displays the performance this week relative to previous week. The readiness goal can be defined in Ally > Content Management > Daily Quest Content > Required Daily Readiness Goal

c. Average Time Spent: This metric displays the average time taken by a user to complete a scenario. This section also displays whether this metric has improved over the previous week or not

d. Goal Achievement Time: This metric describes the average time it takes a user to reach their readiness goal. This section compares and displays how this metric performed compared with the previous week

3. Overall Learning Curve

This section displays the readiness score over a time period and describes how well employees retain the knowledge they have gained through the training. The most recent value in the curve is the current readiness score.

The values are calculated as follows:

i. Value for day '1' = Average of scores of users on day '1'

ii. Value for day '2' = Average of scores of users on day '1' and '2'

iii. Value for day 'n' = Average of scores of users on day '1', '2', ... , 'n'

4. Leaderboard

This section displays the ranking of users based on their performance in daily quests. This section can display this leaderboard for employees, departments or office locations

5. Category Readiness Score

This section displays the performance of the company by comparing the readiness score for each category under a domain. You can compare the performance for categories under three domains. This section also highlights the worst performing category under each domain

6. User Retention

This metric displays the readiness scores retained by a group of users over an entire week. This helps gauge the performance of each cohort of enrolled users over a week and determine how well each cohort of enrolled users retained the learnings

7. User Engagement

This section displays how many users were engaging with Ally at a given time of the day. It also highlights when the engagement is the highest during the day according to the timezone defined in Settings > Company > Basics
