You can import employees from the Azure Active Directory by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Company Management > Employees > List > Import > Active Directory.

  2. Click On-Cloud (Azure). You will have to connect your Azure account to proceed further.

  3. Click Connect your Azure Account. Azure will require the following permissions to integrate:

    1. Read All Users : This permission reads all users within the organisation.

    2. Read All Groups : This permission reads all groups within the organisation.

    3. Read All Domains : This permission reads all domains within the organisation.

    4. Read and Write All Administrative Units : This permission reads all administrative units and users within those administrative units.

  4. You will be directed to the Microsoft login page from where you will have to login into your Microsoft Admin account.

  5. You will then be redirected to the Connectors page (Company Management > Employees > Connectors).

  6. The status of the import will appear green after a successful connection with Azure, under the Status column.

  7. Click the edit icon to configure the integration in the following tabs:

    2. Sync Behaviour- You can define what kind of employees will sync when the integration happens.

        • Disable- The user data in Right-Hand portal will not be archived if it's archived in Azure directory.

    3. Sync Filters- You can define the filters here that will sync from Azure to Right-Hand portal when the integration/ sync happens.

      1. Office Locations- Employees that fall under the set office location will sync.

      2. Departments- Employees from the defined department will sync.
