Whitelist Right-Hand's domain for our simulated phishing test emails and training alerts to reach your end-users if you utilize Trend Micro's services.

If you're having trouble whitelisting Right-Hand in your Trend Microservices, we recommend contacting Trend Micro for help.

Trend Micro's Domain Whitelisting

The whitelisting process is divided into five stages, each with its own specific setup procedures needed to correctly whitelist Right-Hand.

Advanced Domain Protection

  1. Navigate to the Advanced Threat Protection tab > Add.

  2. Based on the service you use, select the policy to create:

    • Exchange

    • OneDrive

    • SharePoint

    • Google

    • Box

    • Dropbox

  3. Select Advanced Spam Protection on the left.

  4. Activate the Enable Advanced Spam Protection feature.

  5. Click and expand the Approved/Blocked Sender List section.

  6. Activate the option Enable the approved sender list.

  7. Type *@right-hand.ai in the text field and click Add.

  8. Click and expand the Rules configuration section.

  9. Select the Incoming messages option in the Apply drop-down.

  10. Select Detection Level = Medium.

Malware Scanning

  1. Navigate to Malware Scanning on the left menu.

  2. Click and expand the Rules configuration section.

  3. Choose the All messages option from the Apply to: drop-down menu.

  4. In the Malware Scanning section, opt for Scan all files and mark the Scan message body, and check the Enable IntelliTrap box.

  5. Click and expand the Action configuration section.

  6. From the Action: drop-down, select the Trend Micro recommend actions option.

  7. From the Notification: drop-down menu, choose the Notify option.

File Blocking

Navigate to File Blocking on the left and select Enable File Blocking. Since this option can't be limited to Right-Hand messages only, we recommend keeping File Blocking on. Turning off this option could allow potentially malicious attachments through to your users' inboxes. Click Save.

Web Reputation

  1. Navigate to Web Reputation on the left and select the Enable Web Reputation option.

  2. Click and expand the Rules configuration section.

  3. From the Apply to: drop-down, choose the All messages option.

  4. Select Security Level = Medium.

  5. Click and expand the Approved/Blocked URL List section.

  6. Select the "Enable the approved URL list "and then select the Add internal domains to the approved URL list option.

  7. Type Right-Hand phishing/training domains in the text field and then click Add.

Virtual Analyzer

  • Navigate to Virtual Analyzer on the left and select the Enable Virtual Analyzer option. Click Save.

  • After completing all steps in each section, your new policy will be visible under the Advanced Threat Protection tab.
