Issue overview:

The administrator is attempting to move an email to a user's inbox but is encountering the following error:

After our investigation, we found that the user had permanently deleted the email from the trash folder, due to which the email could not be restored.

Folders that we support for Move to Inbox in GSuite

  • Inbox

  • Spam

  • Deleted

  • Quarantine

  • Inbox

  • Junk

  • Deleted

  • Quarantine

Note: We do not support other folders or any sub-folders apart from the above listed ones.
