The following steps will help you add the Mail flow rules:
Login to Admin Exchange Center.
Now, navigate to Mail flow > Rules > click + icon (add new rule).
In the new rule window, in the Name field, type the rule's name as Forward reported emails to Internal mailbox.
From the Apply this rule if… drop-down, select The recipient is this person…
Then click on the edit icon and add the Phisharm email address i.e. [email protected].
From the Do the following… drop-down, select Add recipients and from the options, choose to the Cc box.
Click on Select One, and a window with a list of all the contacts will appear. Search for the abuse mailbox email, select it, and then click on the save button to save the recipient.
Now Click on the Next button and set the following values to
Click on Next and then the Finish button. The rule will appear in the list.
Now, we need to edit this rule further. Click on the rule, and it will open the slider. Enable this rule by clicking the toggle and then clicking on the rule settings. Change the Priority to 0 and click on the save button.
After that, the rule will appear enabled at the top of the list.
The configuration has been successfully set up :)
Important Note: The mail flow or transport policies in Exchange/O365 are executed based on the priorities (execution priorities) set for the rule so please ensure that the priority for this rule is set in a way that it's execution is not prevented or skipped due the presence of another contradicting rule at a higher execution priority which may surpass the purpose of this rule.
