This guide will help you easily update security settings like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), password access, and auto logout.

  1. Login to your company portal.

  2. From the Left side, Click on Settings > Company > Security.

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-factor authentication is one of the most effective ways to secure your company’s accounts.

  1. Find the MFA toggle switch.

  2. Click it to turn it ON (it will turn blue).

  3. This adds extra security by requiring email verification.

Enable Password-Based Access

Only disable password-based access if your organization uses other login methods like Single Sign-On (SSO).

  1. Find the Password-Based Access toggle switch.

    • If you want users to log in with passwords, keep it ON (blue).

    • If you want to disable it, click the switch to turn it OFF (grey).

Set Auto Logout

Set a reasonable inactivity period (e.g., 10-15 minutes) to prevent misusing user sessions.

  1. Look for the Enable Auto Logout option.

    • Click the toggle switch to turn it ON (blue).

    • Enter the time (e.g., 10 minutes) in the box.

    • This will log out inactive users automatically.

Click the Update button (green button at the bottom). Your changes are now saved.

That’s it! You have successfully updated your security settings.
