Issue: Users are seeing the below banner even after completing the Mimecast whitelisting process.

Solution: This banner gets triggered due to the informational rule (Rule 4) listed in the article. To mitigate this the admin has to make sure the 'Policy Override' option is checked.

If the issue persists, the admin will need to add RH's domains to the safelist within CyberGraph.

Please follow the below steps to complete the process of adding RH's domains to the safelist within CyberGraph.

Adding Domains to Your Domain Safelist

If prompted by a Dynamic Banner.

  1. Go to the Cybergraph 2.0 menu and select Dynamic Banners.

2. In the Triggered Domains list, add RH's domains to your Safelist by clicking the three-dot options button and choosing Mark as Safe.

Manually adding domains to your Safelist.

Note: Do NOT include your own internal domains in the Safelist, as this may lead to unexpected behavior.

  1. Go to the Cybergraph 2.0 menu and select the Dynamic Banners option.

  2. Select the Settings menu option.

  3. Select the Domain Safelist tab.

  4. Add RH's domains to the Domains Safelist field and click the Add button.
